The Willows B&B is situated right in the heart of the spectacular scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park on the Hawes Road (B6479) directly opposite Horton Playing fields and just a three minute stroll from our beautifully restored Horton-in-Ribblesdale railway station, set on the famous Settle to Carlisle railway line.
In our tiny village we have many hundreds of walkers looking for accommodation on Friday & Saturday evenings during the walking season (from mid MARCH to end of October). During this time only two night bookings are offered in the village. Therefore, to avoid dissapointment we advise you to book several months in advance of your walk.

The front aspect of the Willows B&B has magnificent views over to the mountain of Pen-y-Ghent. The village location makes our B&B very popular with walkers following the ‘3 Peaks of Yorkshire Challenge'. The Pennine Way and Ribble Way pass through Horton Village and the NEW Pennine Bridle Way and Dales Way also pass close by.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park has always been a popular destination for cyclists due to the beautiful scenery, undulating roads and challenging peaks. This popularity has increased with the recent advent of the Tour de France which came close by. The Willows makes a perfect base for road cyclists and mountain bikers all year round. We provide a secure, locked garage for all your storage, drying and cleaning requirements. This also extends to motor-cyclists too.

Horse riding in the dales is magical as there are numerous bridleways in the vicinity. The Pennine Bridle Way is just a couple of miles down the road into Horton-in-Ribblesdale village to The Willows B&B. We can arrange a field nearby where your horses can graze overnight. You will find The Willows an ideal base for all your horse trail needs. Short & long trails available around the area. New Horse Bridleways, trails and loops can be found in the Northern Yorkshire Dales. A PDF guide map for each can be downloaded for printing at www.northyorks.gov.uk/rides. This new series of circular horse rides take in some of the most spectacular scenery of the northern Yorkshire Dales covering Swaledale, Arkengarthdale, Lower Wensleydale & Coverdale.
